ROLLER CONVEYORS
STEEL GRAVITY CONVEYORS LIGHT DUTY 1 3/8" DIA X 18 GA. ROLLERS
  • These units have 1 3/8" dia. x 18 gauge steel rollers in a 2 1/2" x 1 1/2" formed steel frame
  • The frame has holes punched on 1 1/2" centers to permit roller spacing as close as 1 1/2 " centers
  • Each roller has a nominal capacity of 70 lbs
  • Frames are rated at 350 lbs with supports at 10' centers, place supports at 5' centers and increase the capacity to 700 lbs
  • Standard BFR widths are are available from 9" to 30"

  • The frame has holes punched to pemit roller spacing as close as 2" centers
  • Each roller has a nominal capacity of 250 lbs
  • Frames are rated at 1100 lbs with the supports at 10' centers, place supports at 5' centers and increase the capacity to 2200 lbs
  • Standard BFR widths are available from 9" to 30"

TRIPOD TYPE ADJUSTABLE FLOOR SUPPORTS

  • TRIPODS are used for portable conveyor applications
  • Tripod supports are only reccomended for conveyors with 1 3/8" or 1 1/2" rollers
  • If tripods are to be used on BFR's above 18" consult engineering
  • Tripods will fit up to 18" for 21" and 24" conveyors a modification will be required
